Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Your participation in the Mixed Media Ventures Referral Program (the “Program”).

You may refer other individuals and businesses to Mixed Media Ventures through the Program by filling out the form on the Referral Program web page and following the instructions.

Your friends will receive an email or phone call from us within 48 hours of submitting their referral to Mixed Media Ventures.  Once the referred business or individual purchases or subscribes to Mixed Media Ventures for at least two monthly billing cycles over $500 each, per sale, or per month, you will be eligible to receive a five (5) percent service credit or five (5) percent financial compensation (the “Reward”). Once You become eligible for the Reward, we will deliver it to You within 30 days.

By participating in the Program, you will submit personal information about Yourself and the referral party, such as names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, which may be shared with the sales team or an individual salesperson to contact both you and the referred party. All information collected, stored and/or shared through the Program shall be subject to Our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, You agree to the collection and use of Your personal information by Us and acknowledge that You have read and accepted Our Privacy Policy.

You may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations. You must be eighteen (18) years or older and a resident of a state in the United States, including D.C., in order to participate in the Program.

In addition to the restrictions You agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Program, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Program invitations and accrued, but not yet received Rewards:

• Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of Your Program invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
• Fraud attempted fraud, or abuse of the Program or these Terms & Conditions.
• Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to Your Invitee beyond the Program invitation, or otherwise using Your Program invitations or Rewards for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate and disqualify You at any time from participating in the Program if You do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

You may be required to complete a W-9 tax form and furnish Your Social Security Number and may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the Rewards You have earned if You earn Rewards worth six hundred dollars ($600) or more in a calendar year

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We will not be liable to You in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Program. We reserve the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
